Sidecar Recipe

  • 6 ice cubes, crushed
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) of Brandy
  • 15 ml (½ fl oz) of Cointreau (triple sec)
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • A twist of lemon rind

Place crushed ice into a cocktail shaker, add the Brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the twist of lemon rind.

(Serves 1)
