Surfer's Paradise Recipe

Also known simply as "Lemon, Lime and Bitters" this is a refreshing almost non-alcoholic cocktail.

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 15 ml (½ fl oz ) of lime cordial
  • 60 ml (2 fl oz) of lemonade
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Place ice cubes into a highball glass. Add the lime cordial, lemonade and bitters, stir and serve.

(Serves 1)
