![]() | Ultimate Chocolate Chippie Biscuit RecipeThis recipe makes large thick and chewy cookies. I sometimes add chopped almonds and dried apricots for a gourmet cookie.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. In a large bowl mix the flour, salt and baking soda together. In another bowl mix the butter and both sugars well, then beat in the vanilla and the eggs - one at a time. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate buttons. With a large spoon scoop good size mounds of dough onto a lined baking tray. Do not flatten!
