Bloody Mary Recipe

Everyone has their own way to make a Bloody Mary, this is our favourite. Obviously the more Vodka to tomato juice, the more 'punch' the cocktail has!

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz ) of Vodka
  • 100 ml (3½ fl oz) of tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 ml (1/3 fl oz) of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 - 6 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • A crisp stalk of celery

Place ice cubes into a highball glass. Add the Vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well and serve garnished with a crisp stalk of celery.
