 | Between the Sheets Recipe
- 6 ice cubes, crushed
- 30 ml (1 fl oz) of Bacardi (white rum)
- 30 ml (1 fl oz) of Brandy
- 30 ml (1 fl oz) of Cointreau (triple sec)
- A dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A twist of lemon rind
Place crushed ice into a cocktail shaker, add the Bacardi, Brandy,
Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail
glass. Garnish with the twist of lemon rind.
(Serves 1)
