![]() | Steamed Asian Style Mussels RecipeMussels are such a yummy treat and so quick to prepare. All you need with them is either some fresh bread or steamed rice to mop up the sauces. Mmmmm mussels!
Scrub mussels and remove the beards. Heat the oil in large saucepan with the garlic, lemon rind and ginger to sizzle for a couple of seconds. Add the chili sauce and mussels, cover for 3 to 4 minutes until mussels open. Throw away any mussels that don't open and toss through the chopped coriander and sliced spring onions.
